You have some great resources listed here -- thanks so much. (I love all the resources available online for teachers! It's wonderful.) You have a lot of tech stuff listed, which is great, but a calm and nurturing atmosphere is important as well. The "Wolf Pack Classroom Management Plan" by teacher Janis Gioia helps teachers create just that. By being part of the pack, kids have a sense of ownership in their classroom. Thus, they really want to go to school, which is another benefit of the plan. You can take a closer look here.
